Below are the Gallup Survey Scorecards for each of the 10 Federal Regions, which contain detailed results for every survey question. Interviews were conducted with a total of 929 individuals working in transportation agencies and 679 persons working in resource-permitting organizations. Within each type of agency or organization, roughly half of the interviews were conducted with "Reviewers," individuals who conduct reviews or work on obtaining NEPA document approvals on a daily basis. The remaining interviews were conducted with upper-level "Managers" with oversight responsibility for NEPA projects or reviews.
