Description: The Federal Highway Administration and the Narragansett Indian Tribal Historic Preservation Office signed a Programmatic Agreement regarding Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act. The Agreement applies to transportation undertakings that have "no effect" on cultural resources, including maintenance, pavement issues, signage and traffic monitoring.
