Description: The Minnesota Department of Transportation and the Federal Highway Administration Minnesota Division Office are currently consulting with the eleven Federally-recognized Native American tribes located in Minnesota to create Programmatic Agreements for Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act. Thus far, four of those agreements have been finalized and signed, while the other nine are still in progress.
